Seal-up Structure — The negative plate is enclosed in a doubled separator, pasted on both sides. This improves insulation and prevents active material from falling off, for a longer service life. The high-polymer polyethylene separator keeps the electrolyte unalloyed, as very little oil elutes from it.

PP Container & Cover — Polypropylene is used for the container and cover, giving excellent resistance to heat, hot weather, oil and impact.

Heat Sealing — The container and cover are fully heat-sealed for reliable, lasting sealing.

Positive Plate — A pressure-casting method produces excellent positive plates with a finer crystal-structure grid (spine). Bonding the plastic part to the tube seals it, so active material cannot leak out.

Prevents Explosion — The seal mechanism stops gas generated during charging from entering the water-filling hose, so there is no risk of explosion.

Automatic Cut-off — Once water reaches the normal electrolyte level, the float rises and the cut-off valve closes automatically.
